Julie Winter

Redding City Council Member and Former Mayor of Redding

Julie Winter serves as a leader on the Bethel Church Elder Board, as well as a Board Member of Bethel School of Technology. Julie has also been strategically involved in Advance Redding and teaches the God and Government track of Bethel Supernatural School of Ministry. She works in the community as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary care services in Redding. Additionally, she was former Mayor of Redding and is serving her second term on the Redding City Council with the goal of bringing kingdom values into the marketplace.
