Susan Allen

Vice-Principal, Bethel Christian School

Susan Allen grew up as a YWAM missionary kid in Hawaii and Southeast Asia, and through her growing up experiences developed a passion for the younger generation to walk with God. After several years of working as a teacher in the United States, Susan, her husband James, and their four children relocated to Penang, Malaysia where they served as missionaries for 14 years. In Malaysia, Susan worked as a teacher and administrator at a large international school. Their family recently relocated to Redding, California, and Susan completed a master's degree in Christian Spiritual Formation and Leadership from Friends University.  For the past several years, Susan has worked as a conference speaker and spiritual formation consultant with Christian schools around the world. In partnership with Bethel Christian School, she began the BCS Encounter Home School Program and was just appointed as the Bethel Christian School Vice Principal.
