About the Teachers
Steve and Ruth Moore love helping people discover their identity in Christ and grow in a naturally supernatural life. They serve on Bethel Church’s Senior Leadership Team, lead Bethel Online, and oversee BSSM Online together. Steve also serves as the church’s Chief Operating Officer.
Ruth’s personal testimony of healing through an encounter with Jesus fuels her passion for people to experience His transforming love. Steve carries a deep desire to see believers bring God’s presence into every sphere of society, including the marketplace.
In this masterclass, they bring that shared heart to equipping you: helping you nurture confidence, champion others, and lead with compassion. Beyond ministry, Steve and Ruth love family adventures, the beach, and making memories with their kids.

There’s room for that. Steve and Ruth emphasize listening, building trust, and honoring where people are starting. You’ll explore gentle ways to introduce prayer and prophetic encouragement, welcome questions, and give people time to respond. The invitation is to help them discover God’s heart with care and patience.
What is Bethel Leaders Network?
Bethel Leaders Network (BLN) is an expression of the Bethel Church family in Redding, California. Our heart is to connect, encourage, and equip leaders to live out Kingdom culture and see God move in their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities. Through resources and opportunities for meaningful connection, we help people grow in their walk with God and in what He has called them to carry.
Who are these masterclasses for?

- BLN Engage — $37/month: Enjoy everything in Learn, plus community, sphere-specific mentors, learning pathways, and live calls to encourage you along the way.
- BLN Influence — suggested contribution of $225/month: Receive everything in Engage, plus personal connection, coaching, and pastoral support for senior leaders and their spouses. An application is required, with a $200 non-refundable application fee.
