About This Masterclass
See your world as a place you’ve been sent to serve.
You love Jesus and want your life to count. But between meetings, school runs, deadlines, and daily responsibilities, it’s easy to wonder: Is this my calling—or am I still waiting for it?
In Sent, Paul Manwaring invites you to see your everyday world through fresh eyes. Whether you’re building a business, raising a family, teaching students, or serving your community, your contribution matters to the Kingdom.
Across eight sessions, explore what it means to be sent by Jesus and supported by a church family that believes in your assignment. Discover practical ways to bring faith, excellence, creativity, and compassion into your work—and develop others to do the same.
You’ll also explore how personal revival can inspire lasting change in communities, workplaces, and culture. With encouragement for uncertain seasons and a closing commissioning, this class invites you to stop treating purpose as something to be found somewhere else.
Come discover what it means to live sent, right where you are.

About the Teacher

Through teaching and equipping, Paul helps people and organizations navigate change, recognize opportunity, and develop leaders who empower others. He champions communities where people encounter God, are seen and valued, and are prepared to bring transformation into their world.
In

Frequently Asked Questions
I sense God has more for me, but I’m not sure what that looks like. Is this class a good place to start?
Yes. You don’t need a clear picture of your calling to begin. Paul invites you to explore your gifts, the people on your heart, and the opportunities already around you. Through prayerful reflection and practical exercises, you’ll make room to recognize purpose in this season and consider your next faithful step.
How can I live out my faith at work when talking openly about it isn’t always appropriate?
Paul makes room for that real-world tension. The class explores representing Jesus through excellent work, integrity, compassion, and wise choices within your workplace’s boundaries. You’ll be encouraged to recognize meaningful ways to serve and contribute without forcing conversations or overlooking the responsibilities entrusted to you.
