A Masterclass from
Dr. Peter Young
About This Masterclass
Help your team bring its best—and its honest questions.
The meeting went well. What’s being said afterward?
Everyone nodded. The plan seemed clear. Yet the follow-through tells a different story. How do you discover what’s beneath the surface—and build enough trust for people to tell you?
In Building Healthy Teams, Dr. Peter Young helps you recognize the dynamics that shape a team long before they show up in its results. Across three sessions, explore how your leadership influences trust, what quietly pulls people out of alignment, and how difficult conversations can become opportunities for stronger connection.
Through Kingdom principles and practical reflection, learn to invite honest input, address tension early, and develop people who take ownership. Whether you lead staff, volunteers, a ministry, or a business team, you’ll find tools to help people contribute with confidence and grow into their God-given potential.
Bring your team’s real challenges—and fresh expectation for what you can build together.

About the Teacher
Dr. Peter Young loves seeing people discover who they are in Christ and step into the fullness of their God-given potential. As founder and senior leader of BridgeWay Church in Denver, Colorado, he brings together a love for Scripture, the presence of God, and the practical work of developing healthy people.
A pastor, author, and revelatory teacher, Peter leads a multicultural, multigenerational church that values revival, discipleship, and emotional and relational health. His heart for equipping also reaches beyond the church through partnerships with businesses, city leaders, and nonprofits.
In Building Healthy Teams, that passion becomes a personal invitation to lead with greater security, cultivate trust, and help the people around you flourish.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this help if I lead volunteers and can’t rely on a job description to create commitment?
Yes. The class explores trust, shared vision, and personal ownership—foundations that matter deeply in volunteer teams. You’ll be invited to consider how people experience your leadership, where expectations need clarity, and how to make room for meaningful contribution.
Our team gets along, but people rarely challenge ideas or raise concerns. Is this class relevant?
Yes. A friendly atmosphere doesn’t always mean people feel comfortable being honest. This class helps you look beneath surface agreement and consider whether your team has room for questions, different perspectives, and healthy disagreement. It’s a useful starting point even when there’s no obvious conflict.
