Why Builders?
The BLN Builders are magnificent men and women who have already been in partnership with us in serving you, our beloved BLN family. The Builders exist to serve, empower, encourage, mentor, and equip you.
We believe these leaders have giftings, wisdom, and anointings that will greatly benefit the members and leaders of BLN, thus creating a win-win situation for them and the BLN Family. This is a win for the Builders as we see it is time for them to release their gifts and be activated within our movement. And it is a win for our BLN Influencers because they get to benefit from their lives and wisdom.
Our BLN Builders are now the fourth component of your BLN Influencers membership:
- BLN Courses: For you to grow, lead, and model Kingdom Culture.
- BLN Revival Group Leaders: Your main point of connection with BLN.
- BLN Coaches: Your personal champions and growth specialists.
- BLN Builders: Our trusted spiritual mothers and fathers who’ve been commissioned to raise you up.

revival group leader
Your main point of connection with BLN.
Revival Group Leaders (RGL’s) facilitate regional relational building time, carry the heart of Bethel, and are a great source of information about behind the scenes at Bethel. Your RGL is your main point of connection with BLN. Keep them updated with what is happening in your world. We endorse them for travelling to your ministries.

Your personal champions and growth specialists.
BLN Coaches are your personal champions and growth specialists. They are available to partner with you in discovering areas that need strength and support in your en-vironment. They help you achieve your goals and talk through issues you may be experiencing in your environment. We endorse them for travelling to your ministries.

Our trusted spiritual fathers and mothers who've been commissioned to raise you up.
BLN Builders: These men and women are trusted spiritual fathers and mothers who are commissioned to raise you up as fathers and mothers in our movement. We endorse them for mentorship through their messages, their personal or group mentorship, and for traveling to your ministries.
Meet the coaches
Alton Findlaytor
Alton was born in Jamaica, then moved to New York as a child. He then worked in the airline industry for over 30 years with his last 10 years in Continuous Improve-ment earning his Green Belt in Six Sigma. As a CI specialist, he led and directed the development and implementation of process improvements. Alton has been involved in various leadership roles in the church and was ordained in 2005. He planted The Sanctuary Church in 2008 where he pastored for 9 years. Alton is now transitioning to a new season of leadership development and mentorship. Alton is a certified professional life coach and has a passion to see leaders around the world excel in accomplishing God’s dream for them, by inspiring and encouraging leaders to reach their full potential and destiny. Alton and his wife have been mar-ried for over 30 years and have 4 children.
Ray Goolsby
Ray was born in Miami, Florida and raised on Florida’s Space Coast. He came to know Jesus in 1976 through the Jesus People Movement. He left his career in the Aerospace Industry to pursue full-time pastoral ministry. He earned his Master of Theology from from Life Christian University and now has over 30 years experience as a senior pastor, executive pastor and university professor. He attended Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and graduated in 2019. He and Bonnie married in 1980. They have 5 children and 14 grandchildren. They presently live
in Cocoa, Florida.

Bill Johnson
As many of you may remember from our introduction of Bethel Leaders Net-work, Bill Johnson announced that “the aim of BLN is to provide a place for leaders from every sphere of society to belong to the Bethel family and to be empowered to bring heaven where God has uniquely placed them.”
Kris Vallotton enlarged our understanding to see that the need of every person in the world is to feel like they belong. BLN has become a manifestation of a dream in the heart of the Father—a place for Kingdom leaders to belong, to find family, community, and grow into mighty men and women who raise up mighty men and women.
Kris Vallotton filled us with great faith and expectations of the scope and reach of Bethel’s mandate when he said, “BLN is emerging as an apostolic family of leaders who are equipping the generations to transform culture and shape his-tory.”
We are delighted to say that we believe the BLN Builders Team is a key step in the furtherance of our mission: to raise up and champion mighty men and wo-men all over the world who know who they are in Christ, and to see Jesus get His reward in advancing the Kingdom of God in every city, region and nation.
About BLN builders
Who Builders Are
- They are spiritual fathers and mothers who have demonstrated faithfulness and effectiveness in church leadership.
- They have embraced and are continuing to increase in the Kingdom cultures that are at the foundation of BLN.
- They have had long-standing healthy relationships with the Bethel family and are committed to helping our Bethel family connect, encourage, and empower leaders worldwide through BLN.
- Most have been or are church senior leaders.
- They are all leaders of leaders and are actively raising up the next generation of leaders in the BLN family–healthy fathers and mothers creating healthy fathers and mothers.
- They are wise counselors and mentors to our BLN Influence Family.
What Builders Do
- Builders are here for you. As a BLN Influence member, you can reach out to them for mentorship (many are able to do personal mentorship), impartation, connection, and strength.
- They will give of their time, gifts, talents, anointings, and experience in help-ing BLN members reach their God intended destinies.
- They will share their strengths with the BLN members through mentoring, teaching, training, itinerant ministry, prayer, and connection.
- They will greatly increase our resources by adding their unique revelations to our Leadership Library.
